Ordering
In most cases there is only one copy of each item so therefore items must be reserved by E-mail. Once we receive your E-mail we will E-mail you to tell you whether the item you want is available. If the item is available we will notify you of the total costs including postage and packaging charges. Payment must then be received within 7 days for U.K. orders or 14 days for non U.K. orders.

All prices are in UK pounds.
U.K. customers can pay by cheque or postal order.
Non U.K. customers can pay by U.S. Dollars or Euros cash (cash should only be sent by registered/insured post), Paypal (if you are a registered user) send payment to sales@raisedonrock.co.uk
Credit/ debit card ordering can also be processed via a link to Netsounds below. But please e-mail us before doing this to ensure availability and to confirm total cost including postage. (We also recommend that you use their secure server option when ordering).

Postage Rates
Items costing 25.00 or over must be sent by registered/insured postage which will cost 3.00 extra on the postage charge.
U.K.postage:
7"/CD - 1st item 1.20 then 0.60 each additional CD
DCD - 1st item 1.60 then 0.90 each additional DCD
Video - 1st item 2.50 then 1.50 each additional video
LP /12" - 1st item 2.50 then 1.30 each additional LP/12"
DLP - 1st item 3.50 then 2.00 each additional DLP
DVD - 1st item 1.50 then 0.75 each additional DVD.
Cassette - 1st item 1.00 then 0.50 each additional cassette.
U.K. items are sent sent 1st Class post, Recorded Delivery can be requested at an additional cost of 0.75 . Insured postage is extra please ask for prices when ordering. Boxsets and memorabilia postage on request/reservation.
Europe is 1.5 times the UK postage. USA and the rest of the world is 2 times the UK postage.
This may vary depending on the weight of the package being sent . The exact postage being charged will be quoted either on request or when an item is reserved.
Refunds
We offer a full money back guarantee on all items if returned in the same condition as sent within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas customers). Please note items must be returned in the same condition as sent to qualify for this. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is being returned because it is faulty or damaged.
